Should an item arrive defective, we are more than happy to accept returns, for this reason and only this reason.
All returned items must be packaged carefully to prevent further damage. We suggest all returns be sent back
via a method that includes a tracking code, we are not responsible for returns lost in the mail without tracking
numbers. Sorry for any inconvience.

Again, if a return doesnt have a tracking code, we are not responsible if it gets lost in the mail, no refunds will be given for
items that are not returned, sorry for any inconvience this may cause. If you provide a tracking code with your returned
product and it happens to get lost in the mail, we will be able to send out a new item. only because the tracking code will
prove the item has been mailed back.
We can not accept returns on items that are used, and opened due to obvious sanitary reasons which is why we only accept
returns on defective items.
